FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Do I need to book or can I drop-in?
A: All players must book before coming in.
Booking is available:
Monday to Thursday 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Friday 4:00 pm - Midnight
Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am - Midnight

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum age?
A: The recommended age is 12 and up. Those ages 16 and under must be supervised by a parent.
Q: What should I wear when I come?
A: We recommend sports attire with clean running shoes. All the equipment is provided.
Q: How/When can I book the party room?
A: We allow booking of the party room up to one hour after your Tag session. You are allowed to bring in your own food, and expected to clean up after yourselves.
Q: Do you sell archery equipment?
A: No we do not. All the equipment is provided to and must be returned at the end of the game.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept in store?
A: Cash or Credit only.
Q: Can I bring my own equipment?
A: You may not use your own bows and arrows due to safety concerns. You may bring your own face mask with the approval of an Archery Terminal staff.
Q: Can I bring my own camera to videotape or take photos?
A: Yes, but Archery Terminal will not be responsible for any damaged personal items.
Q: Do you clean the face masks?
A: Yes we do. We use disinfectant to clean each mask after every game.
Q: What is the draw weight of the Archery Tag bows?
A: Approximately 20lbs.
Q: Can I host a private event / extended sessions?

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 7 or more days in advance (i.e. full refund).
A cancellation fee of 50% is applicable for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in the case of a no-show.
