All volunteers, whether they be coaches, team managers, or team ‘moms’ are required to have taken the hockey Harassment & Abuse course and have a current Police Check on file with the Mississauga Hockey League.
All volunteers are required to complete the GTHL Respect in Sport session.

All association volunteers who are residents of Peel1 are required to have a completed Peel Regional Police Check on file with the Mississauga Hockey League. Forms may be obtained from the Credit Valley Wolves. Completed forms on file with the MHL are valid for 4 years of consecutive2 volunteer service with any MHL Association, at which point a new form must be processed.
Please do not delay! The process can take several weeks once your form has been completed and returned to the Peel Regional Police.
The Peel Regional Police will mail processed police checks back to the applicant. You must return this form to the MHL office.
