The Region of Peel advises residents to be cautious when approached by anyone offering to inspect or sell a hot water heater or water filtration system. Neither the Region nor its contractors knock on residents doors to offer this service.
Recently, residents in Brampton and Mississauga have reported that individuals from a filtration company have attempted to gain entry to their homes to inspect their hot water heaters or sell a water filtration system or perform water tests.
Route 29 – will terminate at South Common Mall. Detour routing will position buses in southbound direction at South Common
Route 48 – no detour but expect delays on Erin Mills Parkway
Rout 109 – continue on Hwy 403 past Erin Mills Parkway to Winston Churchill exit
Route 110 – will utilize Burnhamthorpe Road between South Common and Mavis Road
The City of Mississauga amended its Traffic By-law to allow parking beyond the three-hour limit for 10 statutory holidays.
Cars can be parked between 8 a.m. to midnight on Good Friday. Cars must be parked in compliance with the City of Mississauga’s Traffic By-law and all applicable laws.
