OUR PHILOSOPHY

Led by head trainer Matt Mars, MARS Personal Training provides a different type of personal training. Big commercial gyms offer memberships and a lot of equipment but little to none of the instruction on goal, form, technique, exercise selection, motivation, and nutrition that is required to be successful. As a result, you might spend a lot of time achieving little in the way of results and get discouraged.
 
Matt’s approach to fitness is Performance Training. Based on your specific requirements, we work with you to reach your goals! To accomplish this we offer a variety of Personal Training programs. We provide the optimal program specifically tailored to you – including exercise selection, instruction on form and safety, nutritional coaching and of course the motivation to reach your goals!
 
Building muscle and losing fat takes time, but, with our help, we can help you reach your goals in the minimum possible time and achieve results you never thought possible! PROGRAM OFFERINGS
 
Each of these programs are run in eight week cycles and are designed to achieve specific goals within the allotted program time. Each program is conducted in a small group seminar style with between 1-4 participants depending on registrations. The small group atmosphere is motivating and the program sessions are set at set time slots during the week for consistency.
 
SPARTAN PROGRAM
 
Our Spartan Program is geared towards clients who are looking to shed the pounds as quickly and efficiently as possible. Over the eight week program lose between 8-15 pounds of fat while improving your strength and athletic ability! Includes dietary guidelines and supplements as part of the program enrolment cost.
 
Price: $840 – 8 weeks 3 sessions a week (24 hours, $35/hour per participant) [Including supplements]

ATLAS PROGRAM
 
The Atlas Program is designed for clients that are focused on increasing their strength and muscularity. Over the eight week program gain up to 10 pounds of lean muscle! Includes dietary guidelines and supplements as part of the program enrolment cost.
 
Price: $840 – 8 weeks 3 sessions a week (24 hours, $35/hour per participant) [Including supplements]
 
ATHENA PROGRAM
 
The goal of the Athena program is to develop the ideal female physique with the least amount of time invested. Lose weight and build tone in the areas most important to you with this female only eight week program! Includes dietary guidelines and supplements as part of the program enrolment cost.

MMA PROGRAM
 
Our MMA program provides a solid introduction to Mixed Martial Arts technique with an emphasis on standup arts over the course of eight weeks. Even if you have never done martial arts before, this program will give you a fantastic base to continue your training.

PERSONAL TRAINING
 
A 1-on-1 fitness experience, let a certified personal trainer develop a customized fitness program for you, including specialized exercises and a nutrition program to get you to your personal goals as quickly as possible. Whether you are looking to improve your health, lose weight, gain muscle, or sport specific goals we can get you there!
 
With our professional support you will increase your exercise effectiveness by utilizing proper form and technique while improving your safety to prevent injury. This will give you the confidence to challenge yourself without always second guessing. Our multi-phase system of progression maximizes the benefits of every technique at each stage of your development, while keeping you interested.
 
A key element missing from most physical fitness programs is the nutritional element. Without proper nutrition it is very challenging, if not impossible, to achieve most fitness goals. Our trainers work with you to develop a realistic and achievable nutrition program, including a meal plan, which is built from the ground up around your schedule and what you like to eat. This service is included at no additional cost for all personal training clients.
 
Looking for specific training in MMA or boxing? We can incorporate these techniques and conditioning elements into any of our personal training programs!
 
The result of this comprehensive approach is a program specifically designed for you and based on your goals. All sessions are by appointment to work around your schedule. To encourage commitment to results, our rates go lower the more sessions you book!
 
$50 per 1hr session for 16 / 24 sessions
 
SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
 
Many clients prefer to work out as a couple, a family, or a group of friends or colleagues. Get all of the benefits of traditional personal training in a closed small group setting of your choice. Prices are per participant in the session.
$30 per 1hr session per participant for 16 / 24 sessions
