Milestone Event Planning
Our house is perfect for your milestone event. We get many requests for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and cocktail parties. I do party event planning at the home or at another location for breakfast, buffets, lunches and dinners. We also do wedding planning and bachelorette weekends, rehearsal dinners, weddings on the beach, gazebos and halls, receptions at a hall or at the local restaurants.
I am a member of the Jersey Shore Wedding Association (JSWA), Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). I have all the connections I need to put together a beautiful event for you and your loved ones. Everyone loves to have their parties at a beach location. Please email me with details on date, time, and ideas to get me started. I will send you a contract outlining charges to sign and I will get started right away to plan your LBI milestone event.
Please make sure when renting you always check if it is ok with owner to throw a party, you must have their permission to bring in extra visitors, and vendors. Many homeowners do not like their home to be used as a party location, and have the right to shut you down if found out by a neighbors complaint. We have built our house specifically to hold a large gathering and work towards making your day a special one.

Additional Information About Rental Rates
This is A Great House for Retreats, Reunions, A Holiday Get Together's for Large Families. Rates are different for almost every in season week, please inquire for week needed.
1. Due at Booking - 1/2 of total rental fee to reserve week. Cash or Check.
2. Due 1 month before check in- Remaining balance of due rent, $1000 security fee, and $300 cleaning fee. Cash or Check
3. Please be prompt at departure unless other arrangements have been made prior, the house is very large and the 4 hours is needed to clean the home, decks and yard. If my cleaning crew gets done early we will invite you in early :) Security fees will be returned within 7 days after house is checked for damages, loss.
4. The tenant agrees as follows: to pay the rent as specified and in default thereof, to forfeit all payment made on account and all rights hereunder; not to assign this lease or sub-let the premises; not to use or occupy the premise except for residential purposes; to keep and maintain the property in good order and to repair or replace at Tenants expense any item or furnishing that may be damaged or broken. On expiration of this lease, the tenant will leave the premises cleaned up, ready for the cleaning crew.
5. The lease premise shall not be occupied by more than 19 people. All occupants names, addresses, and phone numbers to be supplied upon request.
6. Tenant agrees to abide by all local ordinances and laws.
7. No Smoking!! Ashtray are provided outside for your use, please empty at the end of your stay. $25 fine taken from security if cigarette butts are all over yard and ash trays are left full.
8. Dogs considered.
Tenant shall furnish linens, blankets, towels, and such other items the tenant desires.
No refund from cancellation until premises re-rented at same price.
All refunds subject to 25% cancellation fee.
*A small back section of second floor, full third floor is locked out for the Owners Beach House Retreats Milestone Event Planning & Travel Agency business, and is a year round tenant. We reserve the 2 far left parking spots and have a separate alleyway, second floor back door entrance, deck, and indoor shower.

Friday. Check out time 10:00 AM Please be punctual. This is a large property to prep for next guests. If you push back cleaning more than 20 minutes we will hold a $50 penalty fee from the security.
